WinWaves Maritime (Pvt) Ltd has further stretched its functions as shipping Agency As well as the company has been able to capture considerable market share in the said maritime service operation. With the expansion of the operation the company has been able to offer the opportunities to professionals and youths to join the team . At present the company functions its operation in the capacities of managerial and the staff and the operation is carried out from its main office at Panadura, Sri Lanka.

PERFORMANCE AND ABILITIES

Since we adhere to the customer focus procedures, our performances are measured with the application of a comprehensive objective base management system (OBM) in which the main strategic objectives of efficiency of timely placement and selection of quality Seafarers are continually measured as well as the customer server is carried out bi- annually to measure the level of satisfaction of the client.

We do not entertain any influences from any other party during the process of interviews and selection of Seafarers.

Quality Procedure

Comprehensive recruitment and selection procedure are adhered .

No discrimination

We do not consider the religion and the raise during the selection.

Selection board

The final selection of seafarers are approved by the board chaired by MD.

Verification

The character and conduct of Seafarers are verified through the records of previous employers by reference checks.

Medical Test

Selected Seafarers are subjected to following medical tests compulsorily as per client requirement.

Our Placement Policy ensures full compliance with statutory requirements, seamless joining procedures, and effective pre-briefing for crew members.

EFFICIENT CREW MOBILIZATION AND ONBOARDING PROCESS

1. CLIENT REQUEST

Job posting: We share job vacancies for seafarers via our recruiters, Ex crew, partner training institutes, or our own specialized maritime job portals social media platforms.

2. APPLICATION AND SORTING

Interested seafarers submit their applications, which include their CV, seafarer's medical certificate, and other relevant documents. The Client and WinWaves Maritime screens the applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications, such as certifications, experience, previous references and evaluate according to STCW requirements.

3. INTERVIEW

Selected applicants undergo an interview with WinWaves Maritime and the Client to assess their communication skills, motivation, and technical knowledge.

4. MEDICAL EXAMINATION

Shortlisted applicants undergo a medical examination to ensure they meet the required medical standards for working on a ship.

5. SIGN ON AND PROCESSING

If the applicant passes all the previous steps, they are given a contract and other necessary documents to complete the process. Visa arrangements if necessary and arrange flag endorsements. Arranging for article signing at the Merchant Shipping Secretariat, Sri Lanka and travel documents, contracts – tickets, Joining forms.

6. ONBOARDING

Coordinate with ships agent and arrange smooth joining and preparing the Invoice after joining.
